The strength of your shade is largely determined by the size of the head tube and mounting hardware. This helps reduce sagging, and gives more support throughout the shade. Shown above is the cable guide system, the part that attaches to the home. The thicker the head tube the better the shade is. Shown below is our cassette system with side rails, looking at it as if you cut it in half. Larger head box and a bigger track gives you a better shade.
